Jerry Russell - Chief Executive Officer

Jerry Russell has been leading PAC since 1989.  Jerry started his career in retail and joined PAC in 1985 as a territory manager.  In 1989 Jerry assumed the role of President and CEO and has lead PAC to deliver world-class fulfillment and web based brand management.  Today Jerry and the PAC team help clients manage promotional merchandise with best in class fulfillment and logistics service a rare combination.  His organization has been awarded the prestigious Hospitality Award For Partnership Excellence (Brinker International) And multiple Vendor of the Year Award honors from TGI Friday's.

Dean Brady - President

Dean has been the President of Performance Award Center in Carrollton, Texas since September of 2008.  He is responsible for all aspects of growing PAC into a world-class marketing services company that is focused on the client's needs.  PAC's brand recognition and customer service focus has enabled it to provide valuable returns to Fortune 500 companies.  Previously, he was the Executive Vice-President of Scope Industries for fifteen years where he managed operations and all trading activities for commodity products sold within the animal health industry.  Dean has twenty years of experience in acquiring, leading and developing organizations into a leader within their respective operating markets.  He holds an MBA from Mercer University in International Business and B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University.

Jason Contreras - Chief Financial Officer

Jason Contreras has been the Chief Financial Officer at Performance Award Center (PAC) since June 2006, and served as Director of Finance before that when he joined the company in May 2003.  Jason began his financial industry career at American Express Financial Advisors followed by leadership roles in the Wireless and National Marketing industries.  While at PAC, Jason has reworked the total financial reporting function and successfully led PAC through their initial, and subsequent, external audits.  As CFO of PAC, Jason oversees the Finance, Accounting and Human Resources divisions, and assists with marketing and new business development for PAC.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma City University, Cum Laude, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Meinder's School of Business at Oklahoma City University.  He has continued education in the MBA program at the University of Dallas.

Michael Martin - IT Director

Michael Martin has been the IT Director for Performance Award Center since March 2012.  Michael has over 15 years experience in the IT industry from ERP consulting to IT Director of a manufacturer of aftermarket parts for piston powered aircraft.  His responsibilities for PAC include management of the company's hosted websites and backend systems, its hardware platforms and a myriad of software applications, and both the full-time and supplemental technical staff which support the company's technology.

Michael earned his BA in Business Computer Information Systems from Midwestern State University and is certified in ITIL v3 Foundation.

Joe Lucas - Director of Operations & Logistics

Joe Lucas has been the Director of Operations and Logistics for Performance Award Center since July 26, 2004. Since 1992, Joe has 12 years experience in operations and logistics combined at Tyson Foods and Coca-Cola Enterprises. At Tyson Foods, he worked as production supervisor in first processing and further processing, production superintendent for first processing, production superintendent for further processing, and maintenance manager. At Coca-Cola Enterprises, Joe worked as loading supervisor and then warehouse manager for two combination production warehouse facilities. Joe earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A & M in 1989.
